SHIPPING

All orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post. Once we hand your order over to Australia Post, we can not guarantee delivery times. These are a guide only. 

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days

- Express Post: Estimated delivery in 2 business days, if selected at checkout

- Dispatch Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched

- International Shipping please email us at info@shopmuttley.com.au

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. (If you don’t see it, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.)

Note: During busy periods—such as Christmas or major sales—please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery.

We proudly use recyclable shipping boxes and eco-conscious packaging. Each collar comes in a reusable canvas pouch that we hope you will USE again and again.
