We want you to love your Muttley purchase however If you need to make a return, please email us at info@shopmuttley.com.au within 14 days of purchase.

Returns are eligible for:

- Full-priced items only

- Exchange or store credit (we do not offer refunds unless item is faulty)

- Items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

Please note:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
